Partnership Commitment Form

Confirm your participation by July 1, 2026 to secure your partnership and ensure maximum promotional impact for the 2026 Raíces Festival.

Payment — please make checks payable to the City of Frankfort (Tax ID 35-6001033). We do NOT accept credit card payments. Mail payment to: City Hall “Old Stoney”, Attn: Raíces Festival, 301 East Clinton Street, Frankfort, IN 46041.
